Hello Makeup Land:
Santa brought an Alicia Silverstone Christmas!
I received "the kind diet" book. It says it is a simple guide to feeling great, losing weight, and saving the planet. I've just started to read it, but I am highly impressed.
Along with that, I received the Ecotools brush set and zippered bag. The brushes and case are earth-friendly. These bushes are awesome! They are so soft and apply makeup flawlessly. These are a must-try!!!
In January 2010 I will have a review on the Clarisonic Mia and Two-Faced Teddy Bear Brushes!

Come Visit me on my new YouTube channel. It is brand new, so there is not much there yet. . .
I changed my YouTube address to http://www.youtube.com/user/Organicfan100
It is a long story, however, I kept getting an error with the old one. I hope this change will fix the problem.
Check out my new short video, I recently put up on YouTube. You can click to my YouTube channel by pushing the YouTube blue logo on my blog.
I will have a review of my latest haul in the near future. I went to Sally's Beauty Supply and found some goodies. Their prices are so good.

Whoo Hooo! September and October Mini-Haul!
I recently purchased several products! My favorite by far is the Jet Set Waterproof Eyeliner by Smashbox. I also purchased the Smashbox #21 Arced Eye Liner brush. These two items works extremely well together. I highly recommend them.
Also in the photo are NYX eyeshadow trios and the Hard Candy Concealer Palette, which I discuss below.
The two mascara in the photo are Bourjois Volume Clubbing Ultra Black Mascara. This mascara is awesome. I love the full volume brush. - - - The other mascara is Covergirl Exact Eyelights. I saw a review by candyishmakeup on youtube. Check out her channel and blog. I agree with her, this is a great mascara. It actually made my lower lashes thicker and more visible than I have ever seen them. I only purchased it yesterday, so I will let you know what I think, after using it for a while. So far, so good.

The one on the left is the #03 Nude/Taupe/Dark Brown trio
and the other is #08 Spring Leaf/Lime Green/ Green Tea Trio.
I use Urban Decay's Primer Potion on my eyelids first. These shadow are very crisp and stay all day, even on oily skin.
The right photo shows the fair palette #133 Concealer Palette by Hard Candy. This palette has a green, yellow and pink color and also three skin colors. This palette is awesome and allows you to mix the color you need for the imperfection you need to cover. Try this product!
I would love to hear your experiences with these products.

Looove Coffee and want a healthier creamer?
Want an alternative to non-dairy creamer? You have to try Silk Creamer. It is lactose-free, low in saturated fats & cholesterol free. It does not have hydrogenated oils!
Our family uses this exclusively as our coffee creamer. We love French Vanilla and Hazelnut.
Ask your grocer to carry this item.

You have to try this!..I found this organic cleanser from Skin Organics by Ann Webb. They have a foaming cleanser called Yerba Mate. They say it exfoliates and purifies the skin! They say it softens textured skin and has spearmint, green tea & fennel in it. The product is natural - paraben free - cruelty free- gluten free and vegan. What more could you ask for?
The instructions say to leave on for 10 minutes as a purifying mask. So, you can use it as an everyday cleanser and when you have more time, by all means, leave it on longer. When you wash your face it feels awesome!
I highly recommend this product.

OK, this post is for those of you who are interested in Organics and Natural foods. The attached is strictly my opinion, based on my personal experience.
I have been off of cows milk now for approximately 1 year. I was having medical issues with muscle pains and cramps. I don't know why this switch made a difference, but it did. I was having to drink quite a bit of milk, because of the quantities of medicine I had to swallow. I still take quite a few medications, however with the switch from cow's milk, I feel better. I want to share with you what I found as a substitute for cows milk. I tried the lactose free milks and the rice milks, but I did not like them.
My family is now drinking Light Silk Soymilk in both Vanilla and Chocolate. The taste is good (OK, not as thick or rich as cows milk, but you get used to it) and it delivers calcium for your bones, 11 essential vitamins and minerals, anti-oxidants, ALA omega 3's and soy proteins. Silk is made from soybeans that are not genetically engineered. I buy ours from Wholefoods and Krogers.
I wanted to share this information, because I believe it has made such a difference in the way I feel.

OK, the blogs and YouTube are all abuzz about a product called Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream. The product contains olive oil, beeswax and honey, among the ingredients. I love this product because it is natural and also, simply because it works. I have started using it at night on my neck and problem wrinkles. I wake up with skin that looks smoother than it has in a loooong time. This product also takes the itch out of rashes and helps them heal. This is my own personal experience with the product.
Apparently, I missed the buzz about this product when it was on Oprah. Better later than never. I have turned a few friends on to this product also. I would highly recommend this product. If your skin is dry, this is an absolute must try for you.
Luv to all,

I love to share "my finds" as much as I love hearing yours. Let me know your favorite beauty or organic item :)
